By commissioning me, you are agreeing with my policy and terms of service.

Payment for 3D models must be made 50% upfront, and the rest upon completion

Paymet for 2D art must be made 100% upfront. (After initial sketch)

Model and art edits are allowed by other artists so long as proper credit is given.

I can decline any commission application for any reason.

No NSFW models, or accessories.

Humanoid only, no furry (some exceptions for partially human bodies)

Work in progress images and updates will keep you informed on progress whenever each of the main phases are completed (modeling, texturing, rigging, porting) You can also request updates whenever you like.

The average model turnaround is 2-3 months. There is no option to expedite the process.

Revisions are possible so long as they don't interfere with any of the previously completed stages (modeling revisions aren't possible after texturing has started) Revisions will incur an additional fee.

Art and references are required! The clearer and more detailed the art the closer I can match the reference. The reference must include the entirety of the front view of the character. Side and back views are highly recommended to ensure an accurate character recreation. In the case of multiple layers of loose clothes (poncho or long coat) a transparent view of what's below will also help to ensure accurate anatomy. A detailed view of the iris/pupil is recommend as well.

All my models are made with VSeeFace and iFacialMocap in mind. There is no limit to which software you decide to use in the end.

Models will NOT be compatible with VRChat at this current time

I will not upgrade/update an existing model I did not personally make at this time.

References are required! I will not design characters from scratch for an illustration so a detailed reference of the character featuring every aspect that will be visible in the drawing is helpful. (Slight modifications to the character can be made upon request, but no sweeping changes)

I will not edit a pre-existing drawing for any reason.

My art is not to be used in AI generation in any capacity.

A detailed description of the motion animation is required. A simple storyboard of the animation is extremely helpful. I will work with you in the design of the motion to ensure you get exactly what you want!

If your animation includes a logo, I will require a high quality PNG to be used in the logo. The original files are recommended if available to ensure a high level of customization.

I will not design a new logo for you for any reason.

I accept payment through Paypal only.

50% of the agreed upon total must be paid BEFORE work will begin.

Upon completion you will recieve the model after the remaining 50% is paid.

You retain FULL COPYRIGHT of the character concept and and its design as well as all of its accessories for personal and commercial use.

3D Models I create must NOT be resold without my written permission and approval.

If images of the 3D model itself or art I drew are used in merch, I will require some fees and royalties.

If you would like your model's production to remain a secret let me know! Otherwise, I will post WIPs on Twitter as well as stream production on my Twitch.

If production has already begun the initial 50% upfront cost is not refundable.

If I cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

A character design is required, I will NOT create a design from scratch for emotes.
